B&b Panoramica 33

We stayed for over a week and the room was never cleaned. There were no clean towels, and the used ones were put back in the room, so we had to buy our own towels and breakfast. The room was so dirty that we eventually moved to another hotel. Booking said breakfast was available, but there wasn't any, and they had no baby bed. Getting there from the city is very difficult, so don't book unless you're driving.

We were a couple staying for two days in June 2021. The mattress was bad, so we slept poorly, and the sheets and pillows were old. The toilet sink was clogged, and the so-called breakfast was ridiculous. The hostess was rude, then accused us of causing the clog after seeing our Booking.com review. She said we were asking too much by expecting “breakfast” at that price, even though it was listed among the property's services. She insults guests who give low scores and disputes whether their comments are genuine. My partner made the booking, not me. Check the reviews and her replies to unhappy guests before booking. We stayed at five other B&Bs on our trip, and all their hosts were professional, kind, and helpful. I've never encountered this sort of behavior anywhere I've traveled, in Italy or elsewhere.

The B&B was terrible and nowhere useful, out in the middle of nowhere. The owner wasn't helpful at all, and I found her dishonest. It's not worth a penny, and it's the worst place I've stayed so far. Don't bother booking.

A fantastic base for seeing Salerno and the Amalfi coast. The rooms are large, clean, and fully equipped, and there's a secure garage for cars and motorbikes.
