There were plenty of good food and drink spots nearby, and getting to Paestum, Agrolpoli, Napoli, and the amalfi coast was easy. Salerno Pastena station is about a 10-minute walk away, while Salerno itself is a 40-minute walk. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a block overlooking the sea. It was lovely and clean, with a kitchen, great coffee, and a very friendly, helpful host.

The balcony looking out to sea was lovely, especially with breakfast brought out there each morning. There’s a lot of ceramic work around the apartment, all made by the hosts, so have a look. The space isn’t big, but it had what we needed for a few nights and matched the listing. We had a great stay.

The balcony is really nice, and the place itself is pleasant. The shower didn’t do a very good job with the hot water, though.

Breakfast was included, and the place was beautiful, cozy, very clean, with an ocean view. The owner was friendly and attentive. It was even nicer than the photos, and I’d highly recommend it.
