Francesca was such a warm, accommodating host and shared great local tips. We loved our time in this Salerno apartment and would happily stay again. The balcony looking out over the sea was stunning, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had an amazing seafood risotto at Pepo Nero. There was lots of room, everything was spotless, and the place had all we needed. The kitchen was big and fully stocked, the shower was spacious, and the bedroom had a cozy, comfortable bed. It really felt like a home away from home.

Francesca was lovely, kind, knowledgeable, and ready to help with whatever came up. The Italian breakfast at the nearby coffee shop was a perfect way to start each day. Our new room was in a clean beachfront building, with fast free WiFi, AC, cable TV, and everything else we needed. Waking up to the sound of the sea and having coffee on the balcony was amazing. Thanks so much for a really nice stay!

Francesca did her best to share all the information we needed. There was free parking in front of the building or nearby, and a black sand beach just across the street. The balcony had a great view, and the main street was lined with restaurants and terraces. A really nice place to stay.

Francesca was amazing with us seniors. I could ask her anything, even for help with technology, and she was always there for us. If I'm back in Salerno, I'll look her up. She even added a smiley face to her messages. Grazie Francesca, job well done! The building needs repairs, though that has nothing to do with Francesca or how excellent she was. Breakfast is around the corner, with not many choices, and it's closed on Sunday. Still, a walk along the sea takes you to plenty of places for a treat, and they're not that expensive. The room had modern technology, and the lights were the coolest I've ever seen. The bathroom was spectacular, with a rain shower and a two sided shower door. Every detail felt carefully thought through. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

We had a similar experience to Lysanne Doucet, who also left a review. We met Francesca at the address, and the surroundings felt shady. She told us in person that we could cancel and get our money back, with no costs to us. She said she couldn't handle it right then because she needed to go to the office and couldn't do it by phone, but promised to do it as soon as she got back. We never heard from Francesca again. We called 10 times and sent WhatsApp messages. The next day, we saw that our 2 day booking had been cancelled, and got an email from Booking.com, which managed the reservation, saying we wouldn't get our money back. Francesca is a fraud!
