Flavio was a friendly, thoughtful host. He picked me up from the train station in his car. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything needed for cooking and for a short or long stay. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with shops and bars around. In 15 min walking, you can get to the harbour for ferries to Amalfi Coast and Capri, and to the train station for the Pompei/Ercolano ruins and Paestum temples. I’d highly recommend this flat for exploring Salerno and the Amalfi Coast.

The apartment is just two minutes from the heart of Salerno, so it’s very centrally located. Flavio was a great host, available and punctual, and gave us all the information we needed.

Flavio was incredibly helpful, well beyond what you’d expect from a host. We’re very grateful to him and wish him all the best. The apartment also worked well as a base for popular trips to Amalfi, Pompeii, and Paestum. We had a wonderful time.

Everything you need is just steps away at this magnificent place in the city center. The welcoming house is tastefully furnished, and the owners were attentive and helpful. I spent a few lovely days here, easily reaching the distinctive historic center, visiting magical places, and trying the truly exquisite local cuisine.
