Holiday Guesthouse

We spent four nights at Holiday Guesthouse Salerno. It’s a great spot for getting around, the apartment was sparkling clean, and Angela looked after us. Breakfast was great each day. I’m really grateful to Angela for keeping the place in such excellent condition. I’d happily recommend staying here, and hope to see you again, Angela.

Our hostess was wonderful and made us a lovely breakfast every day. She even went out of her way to find gluten-free options. The room was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated, and the shower was great. You can see the original stone in parts of the walls, from almost a hundred years ago. The central location was perfect for walking around at night and seeing all the beautiful lights.

Angela made this feel like home. She runs the guesthouse herself and treats people with so much warmth and care. I stayed two nights and came back to a spotless room, with even the shower glass cleaned. That really impressed me, and I’ll choose this place again whenever I visit Salerno. The room was stylish, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast was amazing, with more variety and food than guests could manage. When I said I had to leave early for the train, Angela offered a breakfast option that fit my schedule because she wanted every guest to have breakfast. She also met me in person ahead of time, despite the very hot weather. I’ve never had a better stay, and highly recommend it if you’re in Salerno. I’d love to know if you’d feel the same.

The owner, who also looked after breakfast, was very attentive in the small breakfast area. The food was good, and it was nice to get morning sunshine in the room. Ours was a little small, but for a three-night stay that wasn’t a problem, and the facilities were good. It’s a great base for exploring, and I’d recommend it.
