Maison Lumière

Fabrizio was so helpful, and the apartment made a lovely start to our Italian holiday. It’s in a great spot for taking the train to Pompei and Herculaneum or the ferry to Positano. The place had all the amenities, and the recent refurbishment was done to a high standard. Breakfast was brought each day. We had an excellent stay. Lesley and Nick.

We were four girls and the two-bedroom suite suited us well, with everything we needed. There’s a grocery store and a laundromat/dry cleaning service right outside. Fabrizio was a huge help with our last-minute booking, arriving at the apartment right away, looking after our safety, and handling dozens of taxi and transfer bookings and changes while answering our constant questions. He was sweet and attentive from beginning to end, and never expected anything in return. We’ll always remember his kindness. Words don’t really do him justice.

Breakfast on the veranda in the morning was such a treat, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning in every suite room kept us warm. The place looked just as beautiful as it did in the photos, and Mr. Fabrizio was professional, welcoming, and full of good advice. We also appreciated the secure parking nearby, which was convenient and affordable. We’ll be back this winter for the Luci d'Artista event.

We spent four easygoing nights here with friends and were very happy with the B&B. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the seafront, and with the car parked nearby we explored Salerno on foot. Thanks, Fabrizio, for all the great food tips!
