Relais Mareluna - Luxury Apartments

We left after the first night because of the mold and the noise next door. On that first night, a group of young people were so loud we couldn't sleep until 3 a.m. I was genuinely scared for my family. I texted the caretaker at midnight but heard nothing until I sent repeated messages the next morning. He apologized for the noise, said he hadn't been to the apartment recently, and explained he was only the caretaker, not the owner. I asked him to tell the owner about the mold. Over the following two days, I called several times and got no follow-up. There was visible mold in several places, including the bathroom ceiling and walls and beneath the kitchen sink. When we opened the cabinet, the wall there was covered in it. Renting the apartment in that condition is shocking and, to us, a serious health risk. Eventually the caretaker got in touch and offered a 50% refund, but only on the condition that we didn't leave a bad review or post photos. That's completely unethical. We're sharing photos of the mold so others can avoid the same horrible experience on what should have been a relaxing vacation. Avoid this place.
