We’ll be back to see a friend we found out is a fellow trekker. Mrs. Antonella made our stay in Salice Salentino a real pleasure, looking after us so thoughtfully. We’d spent the day trekking from Squinzano to Guagnano, were exhausted, and had a bad experience with rodents at another place we’d booked ahead. We contacted Kalos Casa Vacanza for just one night before returning to San Pietro in Bevagna the next day. It was nearly midnight, and when the storm broke, Mrs. Antonella welcomed us like a mother. Despite the very short notice, the apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished, with everything we needed to rest our tired legs. Highly recommended!

The hostess was really warm and helpful, and the house had everything we could need, including air conditioning. It was spotless, and there was even a coffee machine in the kitchen, a nice little extra.

The owner is always ready to help, and the house stays sparkling clean. It’s a good spot for getting to Torre Lapillo, a lovely seaside resort, in 15 minutes, or Lecce, a beautiful city in southern Italy, in 20. Great service and well worth it.

The owners made us feel very welcome, and we’ll come back. The apartment is in a handy location and has all the comforts, with fast WiFi, a smart TV, and air conditioning in every room. It’s clean and welcoming, too.
