Claudio was such a lovely, helpful host, and we'd happily book Villa de Ros again. It's a beautiful old house in a great spot in Salò, a quick walk from the lake, restaurants, and shops. Having a parking space and coffee from the espresso machine each morning worked perfectly for us. Highly recommended.

Claudio's kindness really stood out. The accommodation is pleasant and easy to reach, with parking in the yard. The lakeshore, restaurants, and ferry departure point are all just a few minutes away on foot. Recommended.

The owner's warm welcome was lovely, and they explained in detail what the property offers. There's a nice shared living room with a terrace and lake views. The room itself is basic, with a bathroom and air conditioning, and the property is just a few steps from the center of Salò. Highly recommended.

We've stayed here twice now and had a great time both visits. Claudio is very kind and helpful, and clearly wants his guests to enjoy themselves. The historic property is well cared for and centrally placed near the lake, and the price is very affordable. The colorful, spacious rooms and main hall are tastefully decorated. We'll definitely come back for another weekend in Salo. 😊

The room and bathroom are nice and have what you need. In the lounge there's a breakfast buffet with biscuits, a coffee machine, a kettle for tea or herbal tea, and a fridge with milk and shelves marked by room number. The smart TV was the one problem. Its internet connection kept dropping, so it was unreliable and stuttered.
