Roxi, who I think was the assistant manager, was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant was excellent too, with great-value food and wine. It’s a lovely old-school hotel on the edge of salo town, about a nice 30-minute walk along Lake Garda to the centre.

We had a great view from our 1st floor room, the beach is very close, and the food was delicious. The people were magnificent: they treated us like royalty while still making us feel like family. They’re also very child-friendly. For the money, it’s great value, and the best 3* hotel we’ve stayed in so far, even though we’ve been to quite a few. Honestly, it deserves 4 stars. We’ll definitely come back, hopefully soon.

The hotel exceeded what I expected for the value. We had a very relaxing time, and there’s plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly and tried hard to meet everyone’s needs.

It’s close to everything, but tucked away from the noise, and it has its own beach with deck chairs. Great location. The rooms and breakfast were good, and the service and staff were absolutely amazing.
