I had the basic room as a solo traveler, and it was much better than I expected: beautiful, clean, comfortable, and warm on cold January nights. The bathroom was a good size, the shower worked very well, and I even had a partial lake view. The price for what you get was fantastic. The location is perfect, right by the lake and in town at the end of the lungolago. Everything you need is within walking distance. It's also well placed for visiting major spots around the lake, between Sirmione and Desenzano in the lower lake area and Limone and Riva in the upper area. There's parking, and a bus stop right outside with direct buses to Riva, Desenzano, and elsewhere. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Lisa speaks fluent English. The breakfast buffet had lots of sweet and savory choices, even in winter when there were far fewer guests. I stayed three nights and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.

The staff were so friendly and always had a big smile. The room was looked after every day, with towels changed and vacuuming to keep it in good shape. The bathroom was spotless, with a roomy shower, hot water, good lighting, and mini toiletries. Breakfast was included and much appreciated, with lots of fresh, tasty choices. It's only a two-minute walk to the beautiful promenade, with local places to eat and drink and a gelateria. Shops selling clothes and bags, a pharmacy, bus stops, and the ferry stop are nearby too. I definitely recommend staying here!

We had everything we needed for our stay on 28/11/2025: good service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, well-equipped bathrooms, and a lovely buffet breakfast. The coconut cake was delicious.

Good location, but the hotel felt a bit neglected and dirty. I got a little diarrhea after breakfast. It was definitely cheap, though. Would I stay again? No. Addendum 31.07: The fact that they ignored my review when replying is unbelievable.

The views from my room were lovely, and the rooms themselves were very nice. It's close to the main strip, and the staff were friendly. They even arranged flowers and fruit for my girlfriend. We had an amazing time in Lake Garda. Thanks again for everything, we'll certainly be back!
