The owners and management team were kind and professional, and made us feel truly welcome. The location and view are excellent, about an eight-minute drive from the city center, with easy access and secure parking. We also loved the shared garden and balcony area, and the sauna facilities were fantastic. We were two families, seven people in all, and booked two smaller apartments plus a larger deluxe one. That arrangement worked well for gathering and sharing meals, especially with the open kitchen and living area. The apartment was very new, modern, and well designed. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were no en-suite bathrooms, but the main bathroom was large and excellent. We’d definitely stay again.

We loved the pool, which was nearly empty during our three-night stay with my sister. The setting was perfect, quiet, quaint, and surrounded by lush green. There’s no AC in the apartments, but it didn’t bother us much since the rooms cooled down at night with the windows slightly open. The included dinner was fabulous and had lots of variety. Check-in was the frustrating part: we hadn’t realized we needed to go to the other hotel, and even though our booking said 2 PM, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 2:45. I’d still definitely come back.

Our four-legged friend was welcome everywhere, even at breakfast and in the restaurant, which really stood out. The whole team was warm, attentive, and professional, and the food was excellent. We had a fantastic stay at Panorama Residence Saltauserhof. The modern apartments were very clean and had breathtaking mountain views. A wonderful place to arrive, unwind, and return to.

The room was modern but got quite warm without air conditioning, though they did provide a fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and breakfast and service deserve a special mention, even though they’re in the main building, a five-minute walk away.

Excellent value for a stopover, with a convenient location if you’re heading north toward Vipiteno or want to be near Merano.
