After a day in the sun, we’d unwind by the infinity pool and enjoy the last afternoon rays. Some of Puglia’s most beautiful beaches are only a five-minute drive away, so getting to the sea each day was easy. The garden was a highlight, with olive trees all around, plus fig and almond trees, prickly pears, and a few grape vines. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop terrace. Villa Elaion has a main villa and two traditional “Trulli,” each with a private bedroom and en suite bathroom. One also has a full kitchen and dining room. It made for such a relaxing, picturesque vacation, and we’d repeat it in a heartbeat.

Villa Elaion is in a peaceful part of the countryside, yet the beaches at Pescoluse and Torre Vado are only a short drive away. The garden, with its ancient olive trees, and the private pool make it a lovely spot for couples, families, or groups of friends. The owners were warm and attentive, and shared useful tips about restaurants, beaches, and places to visit nearby. The villa itself is modern and well cared for, with bright, spacious rooms, elegant but practical furnishings, and everything you need. It’s a calm, green oasis in Salento for a relaxing nature getaway.

The garden is beautifully maintained, full of different plants and trees, and the pool has a fantastic view of the sea. This is a peaceful spot in the Salento countryside, conveniently close to supermarkets and the beautiful water at the Maldives of Salento. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, well-equipped house, with lots of lovely places in the garden to relax or enjoy an aperitif. The garden is spacious and beautifully kept, with all sorts of plants and trees. Best of all, the infinity pool has amazing sea views. An incredible villa for a few days in Puglia, highly recommended!
