Carmelina

We were there on July 1 and paid €510 for a two-room apartment near the sea, which seemed reasonable. There was plenty of parking. Although we never met the owner face to face, they were very kind and helpful, and the few issues we had were sorted out easily. The cookware was somewhat limited for our needs as a couple, and that huge frying pan was no use for making a small omelette. I'd get rid of the unsuitable bed rail and swap the indoor table for a smaller one to make more room.

The owners were attentive and kind, and the sea is only about a five-minute walk away. We stayed in Carmelina 3, a comfortable apartment with what you need, including an air conditioner in the hallway that cools all the rooms. It's in the basement, reached by an outside staircase, and there's a mosquito screen on the entrance door. The bathroom window tilts, though it has a blind. Parking in front of the house is easy to find. Worth considering.

We're back for our second year and have had a great time again. Valentina and Stefano are so sweet and hospitable. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and close to the beach. Wonderful, really!!!!! Thanks for everything ❤️

The outdoor shower is handy, and the beach is about a five-minute walk away, though that walk can feel tiring in the lunchtime heat. The outdoor space gets so much sun at midday that it's not very usable. Still, it's a nice little house and I'd recommend it.
