The people in Salve were incredibly friendly and happy to chat, even though we only knew basic Italian. They also welcomed us at a little concert in the center, which was lovely. Coclee's staff felt like one big family, so it was easy for us to feel at home. We spent a week there and enjoyed every minute. Having a pool was great for a quick dip after a hot day, since pools aren't that common in this area. The beaches nearby are breathtaking. We rented a car for the week, which I'd recommend, though there are beach shuttles too. Thanks to everyone at Coclee for a wonderful week. We're already looking forward to our next trip to puglia!

The staff were always so friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. It’s a gorgeous hotel, well placed for exploring the nearby beaches, with a lovely, super clean room and an excellent breakfast. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and hope to return sometime soon. Ciao!

We had a really relaxing six-night stay in this small, boutique style hotel, which has about six rooms. The quiet atmosphere and the outstanding room service made it feel special, and they were attentive to all the little details. We especially liked being able to contact them anytime on WhatsApp for information. They even arranged a boat trip for us, so we didn't have to organize anything ourselves. Breakfast was another plus, with the small size of the hotel meaning we were almost always alone in the dining room. If we're back in Apulia, we'll return to this wonderful place. Worth every penny!

Lorenza welcomed us wonderfully and was friendly and readily available. Parking in front of the hotel was easy, another plus. The hotel is in the very quiet village of Salve. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a very good mattress and pillows, and we slept really well. The terrace and pool are a lovely extra. The only small drawback was breakfast, which wasn't very extensive, especially for local specialties. There was no pasticiotto.
