We spent a fabulous week at Palazzo Frangipane in October 2025. Inside, it’s an oasis of warmth and calm, with understated style and careful attention to detail throughout. Manuela and Salvatore are genuine, caring hosts, and it’s clear how much love they put into the Palazzo. The food was out of this world, especially the divine breakfasts.

Manuela and Salvatore were wonderful hosts, and the food and service were just right. Their excellent local knowledge helped us make the most of our stay and enjoy what the area had to offer. From the moment we were welcomed into Palazzo Frangipane, it felt like an oasis of beauty and peace. The rooms were beautifully designed and Maria kept them immaculate each day. We felt lucky to find such a lovely place, and we’ll certainly return.

The owners make breakfast a treat, serving local products and homemade food. Palazzo Frangipane is a lovely place to relax, with just six rooms and a wonderful garden with a beautiful pool. Manuela and Salvatore take care over every detail of this stunning palace. It’s also a convenient base for exploring all of Salento, with beautiful beaches nearby.

The design and accommodation are beautiful, and they really do get all the details right. You feel welcome from the start. Manuela and Salvatore are great hosts, and Salvatore’s chef background comes through clearly at breakfast!

We spent a few days at Palazzo Frangipane and came away really pleased. The owners were so friendly, the food was excellent, and the pool made this peaceful place even more relaxing.
