We paid 240 euros a day for this August stay, and found it disappointing. The same dates in September cost half as much. On our arrival day, the owner called to say he'd wait only until 6:30 PM, even though we'd given 9:00 PM as our arrival time. Traffic made us an hour late, and he seemed annoyed. I felt like a high school student being grilled about every move. At reception we waited at least ten minutes for an employee, who charged another 20 euros. They handed us a bottle of Palmolive liquid soap as if it were a Nobel Prize. There was no shower gel or other toiletries in the bathroom, one towel had frayed edges, and my daughter's bed had no blanket. We were given just one room access card for two adults. Using the kitchen cost another 10 euros per day. The hairdryer was fixed to the bathroom wall, overheated, then stopped until its motor cooled down. My daughter and I both have long hair, so drying it was impossible. We asked for another dryer and were ignored. Reception was in a PVC container and wasn't staffed all the time. After five nights I asked whether the room could be cleaned and the towels replaced. The employee said each would cost an extra 20 euros. We had only one garbage bag for the bathroom and one for the kitchen, and a single toilet roll for three people for our 11 nights. Does that sound normal to you? Breakfast was identical each day, with no vegetables. The windows had no insect screens, so mosquitoes bit us. I thought I'd rented an apartment or hotel room, not a trailer or tent.

We can't wait to come back! We had a family holiday in a really beautiful, welcoming place that matched the pictures. The rooms were brand new, had great air conditioning, and a little terrace where we could watch the sunset. The staff were discreet but attentive to everything we needed. Thanks to the tireless Direttore Cosimo and Giulia. Breakfast had very fresh products, including warm pasticciotti that put any diet plans at risk! With half board, we could have dinner at Reem, an elegant restaurant and lido. Each evening there was a choice of different dishes, generous portions, carefully cooked with fresh ingredients. The manager and waiters paid close attention to what we needed, even with the music. Beaches and services are very close. We often chose to spend the morning at the beach at reem, which also has a pool. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!

For a week we stayed at this well cared-for property. The rooms and pool were clean and tidy, and breakfast was good, though it could use more variety. The kitchen stove came at an extra cost. We've chosen a residence for years because we expect there to be a kitchen, and it was a shame to pay extra for that. Otherwise we'd have booked a bed and breakfast. The drying racks in the rooms were worn and broken, which seemed poor quality for such a new, modern place. The pool is nice, but I wish the few loungers on the solarium were also set beside the pool. Apart from those issues, I'd recommend it.

Tomorrow we're leaving, and this place has given us some lovely moments. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the outdoor areas feel elegant and pleasant. We went with the B&B option and kitchen, and had a great time. It's a real little oasis of peace and well-being. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of products served hot and fresh in a charming room. I'm in love with the freshly baked pastries! We'll keep this place in our hearts ❤️, and we already miss it.

The residence is lovely and the pool is nice, open from 9am to 9pm. It’s also in a quiet spot. The breakfast was disappointing, though, meager and badly prepared. The apartment had pots, pans, cutlery, salad bowls, a bottle of water and one roll of toilet paper, but no soap. Towels were supposed to be changed every three days, but that never happened. After we arrived, we didn’t see anyone from reception again.
