Mr. Marcello was kind and extremely helpful. My ground-floor apartment was new, clean, and functional, with everything provided, including an outdoor shower that came in handy after the beach. It also had the only outdoor area, a nice place for eating or relaxing after dinner. The double mattress was sagging and uncomfortable, perhaps the one thing that hadn't been replaced, but otherwise I had no complaints. The condominium's exterior looked new, or at most had been cleaned within the past year, and there's an underground garage, which is a real plus. I recommend it.
