The B&B is an easy walk from both the town and the beach, and bicycles are available too, though we didn’t need to use them. Our room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. When our flights were delayed, the hosts still met us at the door despite the very late hour. They went out of their way for us from the first day. I can’t recommend staying here enough.

The bikes were a real bonus: we could explore the coast easily and reach Grottammare in ten minutes. We were on holiday here in the second week of July, a couple with a small child. Maria Elena made us feel at home straight away, even better than at home. The room was modern, spacious, and clean, and the place was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious every day. It’s just minutes from the center and the sea. A simple, relaxing, fun dream vacation for us. Everything was perfect.

Parking can be tricky, but there’s a hospital 500 meters away where you can leave the car for €8 a day. We only stayed a day for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. The place was clean and quiet, and the owners were very friendly. Breakfast was simple and good, with a little bit of everything. Highly recommended.

B&B Il Vicolo is quiet despite being right in the city center, close to the sea, shops, bars, pubs, and pizzerias. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished, with soundproofing, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, towels, and a shower kit. Breakfast was generous and made with fresh products, and there was also the option to heat food and have coffee. The owners were courteous and helpful.

The owners were so kind, and you could tell they wanted us to feel comfortable. The lady even went out of her way to let me park in the courtyard next door, although I hadn’t booked. It’s quiet and very clean, and handy for everything despite being a little tucked away. Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic stay, it felt like home.
