Luca welcomed us and carried our bags up to the second level. He also gave us aces to eat for dinner about a 15-minute walk away. We could park our car inside the complex, and our room had a veranda and a good-sized bathroom. The view was mostly over houses, though we could see a little of the sea. A typical Italian B&B, very friendly and clean, with a good breakfast.

Luca and his father were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast on the terrace was plentiful and excellent. Our room was very large, spotlessly clean, and had comfortable beds. The property is in a quiet area, a few minutes' drive from central San Benedetto and the sea, with excellent, spacious private indoor parking. Everything was impeccable. Thank you so much!

Our little dog was made very welcome, so it's a great option if you're traveling with a pet. The private parking was handy too. The host contacted us right after booking with all the information we needed, and was attentive, kind, and very helpful. Just a short distance from central San Benedetto, the B&B was a lovely find, with well-kept, spacious, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast.

I came across this B&B while searching online for a last-minute stay and was drawn in by the great reviews. I can confirm them. The room was spacious and, above all, very clean. The owner was welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was excellent, and there's private parking beneath the property.
