The apartment had all the equipment we needed, and the place is right across from the sea. A nice spot.

The best residence I've stayed at.

This is a three-star residence on the seafront, on Viale Rinascimento in Porto D'Ascoli (AP). Shops for essentials and other things are nearby, and the equipped beaches are less than 100 meters away. An umbrella and two loungers at Lido La Gioconda, across from the residence, are included with an overnight stay. The property has no architectural barriers, with accessible rooms and beach space for disabled guests. There are apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, all with a balcony, table, chairs and sink. They come with a fridge, air conditioning, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. The building has a pool about 105 cm deep, suitable for children, with loungers and umbrellas. Indoor parking is included, and apartment access is by a card from reception. Towels and bathrobes cost €35 per person per week, and a camping cot is €35 per week. Kids' entertainment starts at 10:30 am on the beach and continues in the pool in the evening. On the second floor there are treadmills, table football and a ping pong table. You can ask reception for rackets and balls. A week for two, July 26th to August 2nd, including beach service and final apartment cleaning (€80), cost €935.

The place was very clean, but the staff were awful, never smiling and not helpful at all. When there was a misunderstanding that I explained very politely, the receptionist raised her voice at me. The pool has no lifeguard, and the facility offers no services, so it feels pretty basic.
