The owners were welcoming and helpful, and they’d taken care with every detail, including individually wrapped bed linen and towels during the pandemic. We were very satisfied with the Alba Suite at Dolce Vita residence and would recommend it to travelers who are particular about where they stay. It’s spacious, stunning, modern, fully equipped, and perfectly clean and tidy. There’s a large, lovely terrace with a narrow but pleasant sea view. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach, and the center is walkable in either direction, to San Benedetto or Porto D Ascoli. The garage has space for a selected number of cars, so we were never restricted when we wanted to drive out and return. This was definitely the best apartment we’ve had in Italy. We had a wonderful holiday, and thank you for a great stay.

Dolce Vita residences owners are the best part of this place: such a loving, helpful couple, ready to sort everything out for you. Thanks to Michela and her husband, and perhaps we’ll come back someday. I’d especially recommend it to families. There are nice apartments, a pool for children and adults, and a small playground for the youngest kids in the back garden. The beach is about a four-minute walk away, beach chairs are free to borrow, and it’s great for little children. The bus stop is near the apartment, and the city center is about seven minutes away by bus. There are some nice restaurants nearby too. After time at the beach, the hamburger and hot-dog lunch bar on the beach street is a must.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Residence Dolce Vita, from late June into early July. Our two-room apartment was spotless and tidy, with a lovely garden terrace. The pool and pine grove made for especially relaxing moments. Mr. Gianni and Mrs. Michela were kind, attentive, and helpful with every request. Our holiday was wonderful, and we’ll definitely be back.

The accommodation was good, and just steps from the sea, but not ideal if you plan to walk to the city center. It takes around 40-45 minutes. Cleanliness was average, as we came across a few hairs here and there. Household basics were completely missing, including sponges, rags, dish soap, and toilet paper. We still had a pleasant stay, though I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5.
