Villa Spina was perfect for our week of summer holidays. We're a family from Germany with two little children, and the apartment was very clean with everything we needed for a stay with kids. Christiano was a lovely, friendly, and helpful host, always there when we needed help. He even came to check that everything was okay while he was ill. Thank you so much for everything, Christiano. We'd recommend the apartment and would happily stay again.

The location is magnificent, just steps from the sea and close to everything you'd want for a special vacation. The place was perfectly clean, and Mr. Cristiano was always courteous and attentive to even the little things we needed. Nothing bad to say. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We stayed for 15 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment is just steps from the sea, the town center, and the beautiful SBT pier, with comforts for families with children of all ages. Towels and bed linens are provided and changed weekly, and there are bicycles, high chairs, booster seats, and everything needed for a perfect vacation. You can travel light. The owner is extremely kind and helpful.

What a beautiful vacation! The apartment was lovely and in a great spot, just a few steps from the sea. Cristiano, the owner, is a really good person, always available, kind, and very professional. San Benedetto del Tronto is a charming place. Thanks, Cristiano Spina, and see you again soon 😉
