It’s a nice, quiet house in a central spot, with lovely furniture. A bit expensive, but worth it at this time.

Wow!
At 9:50, ten minutes before our scheduled 10:00 checkout, someone knocked loudly and repeatedly, demanding the room right away. We did check out at 10:00 sharp, within the stated time. A simple heads-up beforehand would have handled it more calmly. We stayed one night, and breakfast was scheduled until 9:30. We were there at 9:00, but the owner's attitude was unfriendly and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. More attention to hospitality would have made the stay much better.
The room was spotless and the location was excellent, about a five-minute walk from the center. But the breakfast was extremely limited in both choice and quantity. There were only industrial biscuits and tiny doughnuts for dessert, and just two hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters for 12-15 people. There was no fruit, only a little fruit salad that wasn’t enough for everyone, and finished items weren’t replaced. By 9:00 there was almost nothing left to eat. There was just one small bar of soap for the sink, bidet and shower, and no shampoo. At €70-80, a double room might be fine, you pay little and get little. But €120 is definitely too much, even for San Candido. The quality for the price was poor, and I wouldn’t return.
The room terrace looked out over green meadows that felt so peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with extraordinary views. The location is central, just steps from town, and parking is available right in front. Breakfast was excellent, served by a lady I liked straight away. She wasn’t pretentious at all.
