The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the center of San Candido. The rooms are large and clean, and I loved both the breakfast buffet and dinner. The food was amazing, and all the waiters were very nice. I’m celiac and had no trouble eating here, they provided very high-end products from Schar. The pool and sauna were great, and there’s also a playroom for kids.

Every meal showed the quality of the cuisine, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and immaculately maintained, and its spaces felt welcoming and well organized. A special thanks to the reception and dining room staff. They were attentive, quick, courteous, available, and above all friendly. Their kindness and professionalism really make a difference.

We spent three days here and had a great experience. The welcome was excellent, and the staff were knowledgeable, cheerful, and friendly, making us feel at ease. The building and rooms were welcoming and clean. We highly recommend staying here, it’s well worth it. We absolutely have to come back for another excellent holiday. Many thanks to all the staff. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed, and made our holiday even better with their professionalism and friendliness. Our little girl was super happy, especially with the pool and all the affection she got from the staff. My family and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Brandl, where the warm, family atmosphere made us feel at home right from arrival. The rooms are spacious and always clean, though I’m not a fan of carpeting. Food was excellent too, with a varied, plentiful breakfast and delicious dinners, an appetizer buffet, and a choice of two first and two second courses. We hope to return soon. Congratulations to everyone! The Acciai family
