We had a great room and really enjoyed our three nights here. The family who run the hotel took great care of us, and everyone was so happy and welcoming. We chose half board, with breakfast and dinner. For dinner, you pick from two options, and the one we each chose was amazing. There’s a heated rooftop pool with a stunning view, plus a sauna in the basement. It’s about 4 km from San Candido, where there are more restaurants and places, but there are good connections and you can take the cable car up the mountain. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We stayed for three days in mid-July. The location is quite good for exploring the eastern Dolomites, and our Cocoon Plus room was lovely and felt new. The staff were super nice and friendly, and the rooftop pool was a nice place to chill after a long day out. The food was a bit hit or miss, some dishes were really great and others really weren’t. The main issue was that our room faced the main road. With the windows closed, it wasn’t a problem, but there’s no AC, so we needed to open them, and then the road and railroad noise was really annoying.

The food was excellent, with a generous salad and more bar, a dessert bar, and a three-course dinner. Breakfast was self-service with a similarly large spread, and the coffee machine made good espresso, americano, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. The rooms were fine for the hotel category, and there’s a small sauna and wellness center. The location is fantastic, a five-minute walk from Versciaco Punka, with its ski depot, ski pass office, rental, and après-ski, and it connects to the slopes and the ovovia. The staff were fantastic too, always friendly and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was good, with no problem getting seconds 😁. It’s a small, pleasant hotel in a great spot, very close to the ski lifts.
