We’d dine here again. The price was a bit steep, but the excellent food made it worthwhile. There are plenty of traditional Tuscan dishes on the menu, including wild boar and rabbit, and the food quality was excellent. The restaurant has charming traditional decor and sits among some of Tuscany’s most wooded hills. We ate on the outdoor patio on a very hot day, but a nice breeze came through. Service was fast and attentive. The menu layout is cute, though hard to read, especially for non-Italians. Caution, there’s a lot of charm here!

The host let us mix crostini so we could try a few different options, and the house wine was delicious. We enjoyed the food and great service, with the smell of wood fire in the air as we sat outdoors in the sun. The menu looked so good we were tempted to return for dinner.

The fresh flavors of the Tuscan countryside were unlike anything we’d had elsewhere in Italy, and we’ll never be the same. The atmosphere, service, food, and wine were all equally excellent. Thank you, Mario, for the superior service and heavenly food.

We came for the pasta and stayed for the friendly service. Our waiter patiently walked us through the whole menu, and the homemade pastas were really good. The room was mostly full of Italians, with us among the very few tourists. You don't come for a grand view, but it's a nice spot for tasty pasta at fair prices.
