Alessandra went above and beyond, helping with everything and giving us great recommendations. The service throughout was unbelievable, and we can’t wait to return. Don Totu is a stunning property, with beautifully designed spaces and peaceful pool and spa areas that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Each morning’s breakfast was delicious, with fresh local produce that showed off the region’s flavors. The facilities and amenities were top-tier.

Don Totu is a tranquil, beautifully styled oasis, with history in its grounds. It’s about a 20-minute drive from beaches, historic towns, and great restaurants. We planned four days, stayed seven, and would happily stay 27. Mary, Davide, and Alessandra were exceptional: warm, knowledgeable, always smiling, and full of suggestions for places to eat and visit. The owner chose a wonderful team. We’ll be back.

We loved the garden and superb pool at Don Totu, a boutique hotel in Otranto in the Apulia region. The whole place felt peaceful and welcoming, with thoughtful design throughout, and gave us a real break from everyday stress. Alessandra and the team were kind and attentive from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay, making sure we felt at home and had what we needed. The food was incredible too, with fresh local ingredients and wonderful flavors at every meal. We left with lovely memories and heartfelt thanks for the team’s care and passion for hospitality. We’d recommend Don Totu to anyone looking for a distinctive stay in Apulia, and can’t wait to come back. A big thank you to Alessandra and everyone there!

Those thoughtful little touches made the ordinary feel special and brought plenty of surprises and delight. David, Alexandra, and Mary shared interesting insights into local culture, which made our stay feel truly immersive. And Bruno, the in-house driver, was effortlessly cool and had his own boyhood discoveries along the coast to show us. He even brought an authentic homemade lunch he’d prepared, a lovely surprise. A luxury lifestyle stay with distinctive spaces and experiences. We’ll look forward to coming back, thank you, ciao ciao.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew how to make the visit special. The beautifully decorated spaces have amazing terraces and little corners to lounge in, plus a full-size pool set in lovely grounds. The attention to detail is hard to beat. Of all the five-star hotels we’ve stayed in, this place is the best. I can’t recommend it enough, and dream of coming back.
