Appartamento Casa Laghetto

I chose this place because it was near the hospital and suited what my family needed. On the way there, I had a sudden health problem related to my chronic heart condition and ended up admitted to the emergency room. I sent the owners documentation on WhatsApp to explain that I couldn't reach the accommodation. They first seemed understanding, but actually weren't. In the end, it felt like they cared about making money more than people's health.

I slept terribly. The pillow was incredibly hard, and the room felt humid. I woke up with my jaw locked and couldn't open my mouth, though I felt better after a while and swapped pillows with my husband. We were there for a fair, and after the first night we needed a decent bed and pillow, and a room that wasn't cold or damp. We also had no hot water the first night and had to wash in cold water. I told the manager, who got the hot water working, but there was nothing else for the pillow. The place looks nice, but it wasn't a pleasant stay.

For the trade fair, the location near Rabbit Park worked well for us, and the host was friendly and helpful. The small apartment is best for one or two people and is minimal, though it was thoroughly cleaned. The hot water could be better.

There's everything you might need for a longer stay, and the staff are calm, friendly, and helpful. The charming house sits among greenery, about a 10-minute walk from San Donato metro station. Highly recommended!
