Val Rosandra is beautiful, and this was a perfect place to stay outside Trieste. The room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and well equipped, with privacy alongside the host’s lovely hospitality. The courtyard is quiet and full of flowers. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.

I stayed here on the first leg of the Via Flavia and really liked both the room and the service. Thank you, Manuela, for being so kind.

After my first stop on the Via Flavia, Mrs. Manuela gave me such a warm welcome. The room is spacious and carefully put together, with a bookcrossing corner, board games, and a reading nook. I found that nook especially comfortable, partly because it feels so warm and intimate. Breakfast is excellent, with toast, pre-packaged croissants, jam, yogurt, and anything else you could want. Manuela tries to meet every request. I’d happily return to this peaceful haven.
