The hotel is well located around Lake Como, the owner is very nice, and the rooms are clean. There were several problems, though: the shower had issues with hot water, the rooms were too cold, and the dining area was unbearably cold. Breakfast service from a young girl was another downside, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

The garden was a lovely spot for kids to run around, and there is parking, though spaces are limited. The hotel sits nicely on a hill. Breakfast and service were good. The rooms feel older and could use a more thorough clean, and nights can get cold without heating.

The room was spacious, with a big bed and a very clean en suite bathroom with a good shower. It was quiet and cozy, and we could hear birds singing in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast is included and good value, with a few restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended!

There wasn't enough parking at the hotel for even half the guests, and there was no parking nearby. The building seems very old, with no renovation in at least 20 years, and there's no soundproofing, so every movement in the hotel woke us up. We were trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes. No staff were there, and we got out only after other customers called someone. Afterward, we were accused of deliberately blocking the elevator to get a discount.

Breakfast was plentiful, served by a cheerful staff member, and the stay was great value for money. Our room was clean and spacious, with lovely views, and the property was quiet enough for a relaxing evening. We were greeted warmly, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Highly recommend.
