The location and service were both exceptional, and Federica and her team made our stay so enjoyable. It’s a lovely hidden gem for families with small children. Our daughter especially loved the playground and pool. We’d gladly recommend it.

The staff are what really made this place for me. Federica, her mother, Anna and Sara at the bar, Chef Massimo, the cleaning ladies, and the handyman were all wonderful. They made us feel like part of a caring, helpful family, and the food was delicious. The property was spotless too. There’s plenty to do without leaving: paddle tennis, ping pong, billiards, basketball, a big children’s area, and a shared pool. The bar and restaurant are open 24 hours, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We arrived four days ago, and I have no desire to leave or do anything except enjoy the quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful, with lots of greenery. The standard rooms are very comfortable, and the two exclusive villas each have private pools. The most spectacular one has a huge infinity pool with loungers and umbrellas, plus a wide garden with a lawn like a green carpet. A real slice of paradise in San Felice Circeo, perfect if you need a break from everyday life.

The suite was lovely, with its own delightful pool, and there’s ample private parking. The owner is always smiling, which isn’t something to take for granted, and she’s extremely kind and friendly. A beautiful, quiet, well-kept resort surrounded by greenery. Perfect for relaxing, highly recommended.
