Hotel Villaggio Della Mercede

The awkwardly placed toilet, right next to the shower, was my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel stay in the peaceful area around San Felice Circeo. The property is beautiful, the staff are helpful, the AC is glorious, and breakfast is a nice Continental spread. I'd recommend it to travelers who have their own transportation.

The garden is cool and well cared for, and the private beach comes with a lounge chair and umbrella, plus a lovely bar. The staff everywhere, including at the beach, were exceptionally kind and quick to help with any issue. Breakfast was varied and had excellent products, with a snack corner for my mother, who is celiac. Our rooms were impeccably clean. We asked to move to a more comfortable one, and they arranged it right away. Ours even had a two-seater sofa. We just left, and I'd highly recommend this hotel. A truly excellent place.

The beach is included in the room price, as is parking at the hotel. It's spacious, very clean and well equipped, and the people at the kiosk were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The staff were extremely kind about accommodating all our needs, which wasn't easy with a group of ten. The hotel itself is very quiet and spotless, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Rooms may be a little small, but they are well maintained. I'd recommend it for a relaxing, cheerful holiday in San Felice Circeo. We'll definitely return.

The staff's kindness made this a really positive experience. They were always available, friendly, and attentive to the little ones. We stayed for a week and used the beach service too.
