This ground-floor apartment is gorgeous, with a lovely garden and a brand-new pool. A gate leads straight to San Felice beach. Inside, it's clean, spacious, and well equipped, with Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV. There's plenty of parking in the garden, so no need to pay for public parking. The area stays quiet at night, and the video surveillance made me feel much more at ease as a woman traveling alone. The host is discreet, kind, and always ready to help. Fred and Minion, the dogs who are always around, were a fun distraction.

There are moisture problems in the apartment, with a musty smell and mold. The outdoor area is neglected.

The location is great, but I can't recommend this apartment. We left two days early because the place smelled so bad. It was damp and musty, with mildew stains on the walls and mattresses. The boiler room is right by the bedroom, bringing a strong exhaust smell. The sofa bed is rickety and worn out. The bathroom was the worst, even though we kept airing it out, and the windows weren't useful for ventilation.

It doesn't get much better for a dog, who could roam freely around the property. The apartment was fantastic and had top-notch amenities, along with a private pool and private access to the lake. Definitely not your average place.

Such a nice holiday apartment. I'll try to come back again this year. 😊👍🏻
