We stayed in the elegant Presidential Suite, and the staff's kindness and readiness to help made the visit special. From our arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Everyone was professional and truly wanted us to have a memorable stay, whether we were checking in or dining. They took such care with the details and made sure our needs were met.

The hotel, the staff, and the service all left me so impressed. I had mentioned in my messages that one of us was vegan, and was pleasantly surprised to find a whole vegan breakfast corner with sandwiches, vegan meats and cheeses, yoghurt, and croissants. They also left a complimentary bottle of wine in our room, and it was delicious. I'd highly recommend staying here 😊

By chance we came across this gorgeous, magical place. Our Presidential Suite had a little balcony looking out over the hills, plus a separate room with a jacuzzi tub. I'm so glad we found this hidden gem. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars. Exquisite.

The hotel was exactly what I'd imagined for an Italian vacation, with charming stone walls, original architecture, and rooms that made you want to stay forever. We took a last minute chance on escaping Rome for our final 4 days in Italy, and I'll never regret it. This phenomenal place is just 1h from Rome, and the picturesque views alone make it worth the stay. The staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel blissful on vacation. Dylan & Adrian were two particularly attentive and genuine gentlemen, and we appreciated them so much. Breakfast was incredible, served in the room, inside, or in a siren garden overlooking the valley. San Gemini had so many restaurants that we tried them all, and every one was delicious. We were on our honeymoon and splurged on the Presidential Suite, which was well worth the extra cost. The in-floor whirlpool tub had a room all to itself, attached to our bedroom, with valley views, ceiling star lights, and live candles. It was the most romantic! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
