I wasn't staying at Francesca’s place, but while in San Gimignano last week with my photo tour group, I noticed her stunning view of the town from her backyard and asked if I could take pictures. She warmly said yes. Francesca was so welcoming and sweet, and her kindness made me feel included and cared for. Her helpful advice and thoughtful gestures turned an ordinary moment into a lasting memory. I'm grateful for her generosity and hope to see her again when I return to Italy. Thank you, Francesca. Francesca and her family were kind and helpful, and the room was nice, with a stunning view. The South Gate of San Gimignano is just a short walk away, which makes it easy to visit early or late and miss the crowds. We happily recommend this B&B.

Breakfast in the sunshine, looking out across the valley to San Gimignano, was marvellous. The location is perfect and the room was lovely. Francesca, her husband, and her parents, who live in the building next door, all helped make our visit memorable. Francesca knows the town well and shared useful local tips about restaurants and things to see and do. The hospitality was exceptional, and we can't thank them enough.

The garden has a gorgeous view of the city, and we got useful tips about travel and local food. Francesca and her father were kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. A beautiful, welcoming B&B. Everything was great, and we're grateful they made our visit what we hoped it would be.

Make time for breakfast, it was fantastic, and do buy the wine. The owners were so personable, the hospitality was grade A, and the view was incredible. It's an easy walk into the city, and even with two knee replacements I had no trouble. I'd plan another trip to this area just to stay here, so book more than one day.
