Mary was so kind, even trying to help with a personal issue while we checked out. The suite was gorgeous, spotless, and had lovely views of the town. The bedroom A/C was great, and breakfast in the morning was heavenly. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again if I could!

The stairs up to the apartment are extremely narrow, a struggle even for people without mobility issues carrying luggage, and not suitable for older or disabled guests. Once inside, though, the apartment is in San gimignano’s old city center, so you can walk everywhere. The breakfast is generous, but it’s all sweet, with no savory options. Service was very friendly.

Alessandro and Nadia were really friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed staying here. The B&B is lovely, well located, and the rooms are clean with tasteful decor. Breakfast was the one small letdown for us, since it could use some savory choices.

Shopping and excellent food are right nearby, thanks to the prime location. We loved every minute here. The rooms are quaint and beautifully decorated, and our gorgeous host was so accommodating. And that breakfast, oh! Mwah! Thank you so much.

Breakfast had plenty of different choices, including coffee, cappuccino, water and juices. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner, Vincenzo, was so warm that he deserves a mention. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to see what a delightful place this is. It’s in the city center, about a 10-minute walk from San Gimignano’s main square.
