This place works for a quick turnaround: the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the location good. Service wasn’t much to expect, and checkout is early at 10am. You also can’t leave bags there past 11am. The coupon she gave us for the free aperitivo down the street was a lovely surprise, absolutely fantastic, don’t miss it. Her breakfast recommendation was the least exciting place around, though, and it had very little food, so I’d skip that.

Renata was helpful and discreet as a host, and gave us a free voucher for aperitivo at a San gimignano salumeria. We loved the room’s tasteful decor and romantic feel. There’s no TV, but we didn’t mind. Breakfast was Italian style, with juice, coffee, croissants, and toast with jam or honey. The place is close to the door of San gimignano, yet on a quiet street away from the tourist crowds. One tip: San Gimignano is wonderful after 6 pm.

The owner was kind, easy to talk to, and quick to help me with the room. I also enjoyed the filling, tasty breakfast. The rooms are stylishly furnished, though I found the bathroom a little small, likely because this is a historic building. It's a lovely B&B right in the middle of beautiful San Gimignano.

We had a really peaceful stay, just a block from the main street and all its shops. The host was helpful, and the rooms were very cute.
