San Giovanni in Persiceto is a pleasant, well-connected town, with Bologna just 20 minutes away by train. The hotel is in a peaceful spot with plenty of parking and is also close to Modena. Breakfast can be vegan and gluten-free too. Really recommend it.

This is my fourth stay, and the owner has been helpful and respectful of what everyone needs each time. Right now I urgently need somewhere to stay until my move is ready, and this B&B is helping me a lot. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the center of San Giovanni and close to everything I need. Great value for money, and the best B&B I’ve stayed in. Hotels don’t always give you this kind of warm welcome. Well done, well done, well done!

I’ve stayed at a lot of B&Bs, and La Terrazza is the best in Bologna and nearby, in my opinion. Great value and highly recommended!

We were there just for a weekend, and the stay was perfect. The apartment was lovely and clean, with its own entrance, and the owner was kind and helpful.
