We celebrated our wedding here in October, so this is more about the event than an ordinary stay. The hotel looked just like the photos and really added something special to the day. It has an old-world feel. There’s plenty of space for events, and the outdoor areas are beautiful at night. The wedding meal was delicious, very generous, and good value overall. A few small things could have gone more smoothly. Communication while planning and coordinating was sometimes difficult, which made it a bit stressful even though everything came together perfectly. The Wi-Fi was unreliable in one room, and breakfast staff seemed uninterested in helping us, perhaps because we arrived near the end of breakfast. Minor points, but improving them could make a stay even more memorable.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and breakfast was very good. We also had a very decent dinner at the restaurant. The place is a bit dated, but if you know what to expect, that old-fashioned charm is lovely. It really feels like stepping back in time.

The pool and garden outside are beautiful, the staff are amazing and helpful, and the restaurant is great. There’s a lot of old-school charm here. The rooms could use renovation to add some modern comforts and entertainment, though, and the doors are so thin that noise carries.

The breakfast terrace has an incredible view of Etna, and the rooms have beautiful Baroque decor. Villa Paradiso Dell’Etna would be a lovely place for a Sicilian vacation, and Paradiso dell'Etna also seems perfect for a wedding. I loved the leafy little corner with ivy, elegant iron tables and chairs, and the building’s graceful balconies and porch with stone flower pots. Would love to come back soon!

The service was excellent. My flight was cancelled, so I got in very late, around 3 am, and they’d left food in my room. It was good, too!
