Au Jardin Fleuri

I’m very disappointed with how the property handled this. They made an obvious mistake with the room rate, then canceled my December 31st reservation at short notice after I’d already made all my arrangements. The owner was rude and wouldn’t listen, even though the mistake was theirs, and went ahead with the cancellation through Booking.com. I strongly advise against contacting them. This was a very, very disappointing experience.

This B&B is run by a woman from Guadalupe and has subtle touches of local tradition in its decor. There’s a pool that must be lovely in summer, and breakfast was satisfying, if not exceptional. The location near San Giovanni Lupatoto is somewhat remote, so the price may feel a little high, though still acceptable.

My son, a friend, and I spent New Year’s Eve in this spectacular house. It felt warm and homey, with spacious, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and an excellent hostess. Hello, everyone!

Chantal, the owner, was the first to welcome us. She was friendly, helpful, and very kind. It’s a new place, and the decorations and objects in every corner make it feel a bit like a Christmas movie, in a lovely way. The place was clean and cheerful, and the beds felt like a warm, fragrant nest. We’d come back. Thank you for your kindness, Chantal.
