The room itself was adequate and spacious, but the organization was a major problem. The day before check-in, I gave an arrival time of around 11 AM and was told keys would be available from 2 PM. At about 5 PM, when I said I was ready to check in, the owner said she'd waited until 3 PM, assumed I'd canceled because I hadn't updated her, and suggested meeting at 8 PM. I explained that no arrival time had been given and I couldn't come at 8, so she arranged for someone else to hand me the keys. At checkout the next morning, I said I was ready to pay, and only then learned that cards weren't accepted, just cash. I had to find an ATM. Based on this experience, I don't recommend it.

I sent a couple of friends here, and he uses a wheelchair. The room was nothing special, and the overall experience wasn't good. The promised garage remote, which was needed because there’s no wheelchair access, was first refused at check-in. The owner said they had to stay in the room for all three booked days, or at least return by 8:00 PM so she could open the door with the remote. Perhaps she realized how unreasonable that was and eventually handed it over. Breakfast was through a nearby bar voucher, but they weren't given one for all three days. There was no toilet paper or water, so I refilled those for my friends. At checkout, the owner showed no understanding of the situation, even though her husband uses a wheelchair, and demanded they leave at 10:30 instead of the requested 11:30, without apologizing for the missed breakfasts or other issues. They ultimately left at 11:00. The guests had responsibilities, but the owner didn't meet hers. Not recommended.

There were no complimentary toiletries in the room, despite the listing, so we couldn't use the shower. We also couldn't pay by card, which has been subject to fines for a few days now. We booked yesterday on Booking.com after selecting the bathtub filter, but our room had no tub. The lady said rooms with bathtubs were sold out, but when we checked again, our booking did include that feature. A terrible experience.

We were greeted by a very kind and helpful woman, and the New York room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was pleasant, but the shower pressure stayed so low throughout our visit that washing was nearly impossible. The location is handy for the highway exit, though the property is in a very outlying area. When we booked by phone, we asked about arriving early, a room with a whirlpool bath, and parking. We were told all of that would be possible. At the property, the woman said nobody had told her about an early arrival. We were given a room with a shower, which barely had any water. The parking had been described as huge, but it had only five spaces, one reserved for disabled parking. We had to leave our car on the roadside all night, on the white lines, and it wasn't guarded. There wasn't even a water dispenser in the building, or a bottle left by the manager in the breakfast room.
