The hillside views here were stunning at every time of day, and the room felt comfortable and restful. After nearly two weeks at the seaside, we came to Molise for a few nights expecting less impressive scenery, but we were completely wrong. The hosts were so friendly. It’s a lovely place to stop and unwind, and I’d suggest trying dinner at the hotel at least once.

Antonio made us feel at home and went out of his way to look after us. He also cooked a delicious dinner with local flavors, and it was very reasonably priced. We were on our way from Abruzzo to Puglia, and staying here turned out to be one of my best travel decisions in a long time, especially since I travel a lot. The hilltop setting is peaceful, with incredible views. A welcoming, well-presented place to use as a base in Molise.

Fernando speaking English was a real plus, and our hosts did so much to make the visit pleasant. At I Casali, we stayed in a beautifully decorated house, with a lovely room and views we won't forget. We spent four nights in the Artemisia suite, the two-bedroom option, with our family of four: two adults and kids aged 13 and 11. The A/C worked well, and we needed it for some of the stay. The kids loved the pool and didn't want to leave. Breakfast came each morning, and we had dinner at the property most nights. The food was fantastic, with usually a couple of dinner choices. Our hosts were wonderful. They shared local recommendations, helped arrange a cooking class at a nearby olive farm, and even let us use the washing machine during our stay. We spent more than three weeks in Italy and enjoyed it all, but those four nights at I Casali di Colle Monte were a highlight for every one of us. Go to Molise and stay at I Casali di Colle Monte!

The host was really helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. A gorgeous agriturismo tucked into Molise's valleys. Highly recommend.
