We only had one night here, but it was a great one. The host suggested a nearby pizza place that was excellent, and a free public beach called Marina Beach. We parked inside the property easily, and there were spaces out front too. The garden is large, with a lovely terrace, and they have a very friendly little dog. Arrival time was flexible, the welcome was warm, and the location worked well for visiting Pisa. Everything was perfect. Thanks again!

The covered outdoor area was really comfortable, and we felt well cared for from the moment we arrived. Our rental car gave us trouble for two days, so we had to get by without it. The landlady lent us two bicycles and arranged taxis for us, since the language barrier made communication difficult. She was so welcoming and helpful.

Mr. Fabio made us feel welcome right away and even booked us a table at a fantastic restaurant. We had a spacious room, comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom, and felt secure throughout our stay. The setting and atmosphere were lovely too. We'd definitely come back, it was well worth it and everything was perfect.

I only needed a room for one night, and this villa was so well cared for and welcoming. The hosts were especially kind and ready to answer any questions. I was really pleased with my stay.
