B&b Cribò

The pillows and sheets were heavenly, and the bed was good too. We loved the romantic, old-fashioned rooms, and the air conditioning was a real help in the heat. The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant, with lovely little spots to sit in the garden. We had a car, so everything was nearby. Breakfast had both sweet and savoury choices, including cakes, local pastries and tosti, plus fruit and more. The view was amazing, and the cappuccino was great. Moreno was such a kind, helpful host and was always around when we needed something. We felt truly welcome and appreciated. If we come back to this area, we’d choose this B&B again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend it! ❤️

The location was ideal and easy to reach, and we had a very pleasant stay. Moreno is a splendid host, with a real eye for detail, and the breakfast he put together was spectacular. The rooms have old-world charm, but were spotless and very well kept. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone heading towards S. Giuliano and Lucca.

We came to Pisa quite late and had first planned to stay for two nights. In the end, the quiet nights, food, drives and walks persuaded us to make it four. It’s close to Pisa and Lucca, a fascinating medieval citadel that’s well worth a visit. If we return to Pisa, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Breakfast came with great coffee and made-to-order eggs if you wanted them. The old house has been beautifully renovated, with original art, and it was clean, quiet, comfortable and private. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s safe street parking, and it’s a short walk to the bus and restaurants.
