Casa Vacanze Etna Europa

We had a smooth stay even after Booking.com cancelled our reservation a few days before arrival because of a technical issue. The owners helped sort it all out without stress, and they were kind and available throughout. The apartment has a well-equipped shared kitchen, large comfortable bedrooms, private ensuite bathrooms, and secure free parking in a closed courtyard. The views of Mount Etna are lovely, and it's quiet at night outside the city. In four days we didn't run into the couple in the other room and barely heard them coming and going. By car it's 15 minutes to central Catania, half an hour to Taormina, and 40 minutes to the cable car on the volcano's south side. I'd highly recommend this B&B and would check availability again if I return to Catania.

Getting there by car was easy. Erika was hospitable and helpful, and the place was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with all the useful conveniences. It's in a very quiet area with a lovely view of Mount Etna.

The woman who looked after us was so kind and helpful. The new, spotless place had every comfort. I can't recommend it enough, five stars don't feel like enough.

On our first day in Sicily, we were so glad we picked this place. The room smelled clean and had everything we needed, and there was plenty of attention to our comfort. Breakfast wasn't included, but they still provided everything. When we arrived, the lady even left us another bottle of very fresh water in the room. The location was great, as were the cleanliness and kindness. Serena and I highly recommend it in every way. Serena and Nicolas :)
