Residence Mairhof

We felt at home here, with everything in its place and friendly, helpful hosts. There’s plenty of space, and the rooms and enormous balcony were spotless. The views across St. Leonhard and the mountains are lovely. The property and grounds are clearly cared for, and cyclists can use a large storage room with charging available for their bikes. A beautiful house in a fantastic setting, highly recommended.

The morning bread delivery was a lovely extra, and the stay was excellent value. We slept really well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Friends had suggested Residence Mairhof, and we were glad they did. Our roomy, well-kept apartment had a balcony with a fantastic view. The hostess was warm and easygoing, and we could park right in front of the house. The walk to the village and back is pleasant, though a little steep. We’d be happy to return.

I’ve seen few holiday apartments as good as the Mairhof, run by the Raffl family. Johanna Raffl is so friendly and can meet almost any special request. The apartments are in excellent shape, with tasteful Alpine furnishings, electric shutters, and south-facing balconies. From there, the view stretches across the Passeier Valley almost to Merano. They even provide a charging station for electric cars. Nothing to complain about. Top-notch, and I highly recommend it. Isabel and Arnold

We keep coming back to this place, and plan to do so again. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and part of a property that’s looked after extremely well. We always enjoy seeing our lovely hosts. Greetings from Herne, and see you in December, pandemic permitting, as we expect it will.
