Elisabeth was kind and helped us with everything we needed. We had an unforgettable view from a clean, newly furnished two-bedroom apartment with a big living room and two bathrooms. Downstairs, the modern ski room has space to hang and dry boots, gloves, and helmets.

We had a great winter ski holiday here. It’s peaceful, with a lovely view, and Kronplatz seilbahn is only a 10-minute drive away. There’s parking at the property, and the hosts were very helpful and nice. I recommend it.

The setting is quiet, the view is lovely, and the hosts were flexible and accommodating. We felt it was good value and would love to come back. Elisabeth and her family gave us a very warm welcome for our four-night family stay at Hof Unterguggenberg. Our modern, two-bedroom apartment was on the top floor of the new guest house. The decor, materials, amenities, and equipment were high quality, and everything was extremely clean. We also enjoyed meeting Elisabeth's brothers, who were very friendly. The nearby farm offers a chance to learn about mountain family farming and dairy cows. It’s a great base for Val Badia and the Kronplatz ski resort, as well as places around the Dolomites, including Tre Cimme, Lake Braies, Natural Park Puez Odle, Natural Park Fanes-Sennes, Cortina d'Ampezzo, and Natural Park Ries-Aurina. We warmly recommend this comfortable, friendly place for a weekend or a week-long holiday.

We had a really successful spring break at this peaceful, beautiful farm. The ski slopes are 8 km away, and we could see them every day from the attic terrace window. Elisabeth and Graber family are lovely and helpful hosts at this special place. Aldona & Piotr

The hostess was friendly and had everything so well organized. We especially appreciated the handy bread delivery. The apartment is modern, quiet, and beautifully kept, with quality furnishings and a stunning view. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back.
