The hotel is beautiful, and the pool room was lovely to have. There were a couple of promises they didn’t keep and a mistake with our spa booking. Also, the photos don’t make it clear that the hotel is surrounded by a housing estate, so check Google Maps to get a better sense of the setting.

From start to finish, the service at Winkler Hotel was exceptional. Every detail was handled with warmth and professionalism. A special thanks to Ilir and the rest of the crew for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness and dedication made a real difference. I highly recommend it!

I had a great massage, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant, and the food was generous and mostly high quality. My one personal gripe is the 25 meter pool. Swimming was a big reason we chose this hotel, but it was kept at a SCORCHING 31 degrees celcius, so it wasn’t refreshing at all. Why have a pool that size if it’s kept so hot? Still, it was a lovely hotel and a very nice experience.

We chose this hotel for our elopement in the Dolomites, and the staff made us, especially my now husband and me, feel so cared for. They went above and beyond with thoughtful little extras to make our stay and special day feel important and romantic. It really is the epitome of a luxury vacation destination.

The spa is very spacious and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well organized, and the food exceeded even my high expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were exquisite. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests throughout my wonderful stay.
