Relais Club Residence

We stayed for seven nights between Christmas and New Year's Eve at the end of 2023, in a two-bedroom flat, and would absolutely never return. We booked after speaking by phone with the receptionist and clearly explaining that we had three children, the youngest just one year old. The flat was old and poorly decorated. The baby bed couldn't fit in the upstairs bedrooms and had to go in the kitchen/living room. How are you meant to get a one-year-old to sleep in a living room? The kitchen was too small and old to be useful, I burned my finger while holding the hairdryer, and I had to ask to have the main-room mattress changed. The safety barrier on the kids' top bunk was broken. For three nights, my two sons had to share the lower bed because nobody at reception would consider our situation. Reception was a ten-minute walk away and was unresponsive and unhelpful. They didn't even try to help or lower the price, despite the poor service. We paid 3000 euros for seven nights. Other guests we spoke to felt the same way. The swimming pool was too cold to use, and the spa was overcrowded. Thank you, ClubRes, for a terrible holiday.
